("we", "us" or "our") operates the Quessarienobleinn hotel and casino located in Penticton, British Columbia, Canada, and maintains the website at quessarienobleinn.com (the "Site"). We are committed to protecting the personal information of every individual who visits our Site, submits a reservation request or otherwise interacts with us online.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, with whom we share it, and what rights you have in relation to it. It applies exclusively to personal information collected via quessarienobleinn.com. It does not govern personal information collected through other channels such as in-person registration, telephone reservations or on-property casino enrolment.

When personal information is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it so that it can no longer be associated with you.

We will respond to access requests within 30 calendar days. In some cases, a brief extension may be required, in which case we will notify you of the reason and the revised deadline.
9.2 Right to Correction
If the personal information we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to ask us to correct or complete it. We will either correct the information or, if we disagree that a correction is warranted, we will note your request in our records.
9.3 Right to Withdraw Consent
Where we process your personal information on the basis of consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. After you withdraw consent, we will cease the processing activity to which you objected, except where we are required or permitted by law to continue.

Our on-property casino is subject to British Columbia gaming regulations. The British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) maintains publicly available responsible-gaming resources, including self-exclusion programmes, problem gambling helplines and complaint procedures. Details of those resources are published on the BCLC website. Casino access at our property is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
If you have concerns about gambling behaviour and wish to access self-exclusion tools or support resources published by the relevant provincial authority, we encourage you to contact BCLC directly through their official channels. We do not collect or process personal information relating to self-exclusion programmes through this website.
11. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal information and you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC).
